Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support the well-being of our patients. As well as capable of working with telemedicine and in clinic visits.

Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop appropriate care plans
- Perform procedures such as suturing, catheter care, and pain management
- Manage patient discharges and provide comprehensive discharge planning
- Specialize in memory care for patients with cognitive impairments
- Administer dialysis treatments and monitor patients undergoing dialysis
- Utilize telehealth technologies for remote patient consultations
- Utilize Epic software for electronic health records management
- Engage in clinical research activities to enhance patient care

Experience:
- Previous experience in a Nurse Practitioner role preferred
- Proficiency in discharge planning, catheter care, pain management, memory care, and patient assessment
- Familiarity with dialysis procedures and pain management techniques
- Experience in utilizing telehealth platforms for virtual consultations
- Knowledge of Epic software for electronic health records management
- Ability to conduct clinical research to improve patient outcomes

Requirements:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner from an accredited institution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team setting

Pay: $109,138.27 - $131,435.33 per year
