POSITION SUMMARY
The Patient Service Technician (PST), also referred to as Service Technician or Driver, delivers and sets-up medical equipment, most often within a patient’s (customer’s) home. In addition to deliveries, the Patient Service Technician is responsible for service orders, maintenance orders, exchange orders, and pick-up orders.
The Patient Service Technician has a fiduciary responsibility to the company to be loyal and provide reasonable care of the assets under their control. The Patient Service Technician is expected to consistently provide exceptional customer service and to maintain a polished, professional image for the company.
