Primary Assignments:
- Develop and execute precise production schedules, optimizing resources for maximum efficiency.
- Organize workload effectively, delegating tasks to ensure adherence to schedule and operational efficiency.
- Monitor production processes rigorously, ensuring the delivery of high-quality finished products.
- Prioritize safety on the production floor, promptly addressing and rectifying any unsafe behaviors or conditions.
- Train and mentor employees, instilling a comprehensive understanding of job duties and safety protocols for personal and collective well-being.
Essential Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to fifty pounds comfortably.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in manufacturing environments, with knowledge of HACCP, OSHA, and USDA guidelines.
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures and wear required personal protective equipment.
