Starting at $29/hr. for Mechanic I, your pay increases with experience and certifications!

Your pay will increase when you achieve certifications in boiler, wastewater, and refrigeration. We will pay for the training!

We're excited to introduce our new Pay for Performance Bonus program, starting April 15th. With a maximum payout of $400 per month, you'll have the opportunity to earn extra based on company performance.

• We have a lucrative attendance bonus where you can earn up to $2000 per year with perfect attendance, based on company guidelines.

Primary Assignments:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using manuals, drawings, and schematics.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment to keep things running smoothly.
• Independently identify and repair broken or worn components in machines.
• Get hands-on with stick, MIG, and TIG welding, plus lathe, Bridgeport, or drill press work.
• Follow safety rules and regulations to maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Collaborate with other mechanics to accomplish shift objectives and projects.
• Take direction from the Maintenance Shift Supervisor and Maintenance Manager.

Essential Qualifications:

• Valid US Driver's License required.
• 1 year of Industrial Maintenance experience required.
• Knowledge of hand and power tools, familiarity with cGMP/GMP.
• Good time management and organizational skills, ability to work well in a team setting.
• Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods, lift seventy-five pounds, and perform various physical tasks.
