Primary Assignments:

• You’ll be at the forefront of ensuring our facilities are running smoothly and efficiently
• Keeping our mechanical and electrical equipment in top-notch condition
• Flexing your DIY muscles by tackling basic repairs in painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
• Becoming the mechanical maestro by verifying and documenting the proper operation of various equipment
• Acting as our liaison with vendors for scheduled services
• Providing a helping hand with technical assistance on all things facilities maintenance
• Supporting preventive maintenance programs to keep our building systems in tip-top shape
• Embracing the importance of cGMP/GMP standards

Essential Qualifications:

• Hold a valid US Driver's License
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent or bring three years of Facilities Specialist experience
• Obtain or already hold a 2nd class firemen’s license within 6 months
• Showcase excellent oral and written communication skills in English
