Executive Assistant for Plant Manager A food manufacturing facility is looking for a full-time Bilingual (English and Spanish) Executive Assistant to assist our Plant Manager.

The candidate will be responsible for assisting the Production Manager in various day-to-day tasks inside the office and on the production floor. Hands-on and self-motivated position.

Objective:

Assist and support the production manager with daily operations.

Support the planning, coordinating, and controlling of manufactured processes.

Help create and implement new processes and procedures.

Participate in the improvement of the production department with new ideas. The candidate will assist and be responsible (but not limited to):

● Data entry

● Running reports

● Monitoring and maintaining inventories

● Ordering and Purchasing supplies

● Plan employees’ schedules ●

File documents

● Assist employees

Skills and Experience:

Bilingual a must, able to write and speak in English and Spanish

Valid driver license

Advanced Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PP (will be tested in Excel for proficiency)

Strong detailed orientation and organizational skills

Excellent written and oral communications skills

Able to prioritize and manage workflow and deadlines

Excellent time and management skills Able to work as a team member

Hourly Rate: $21 -$25 on 40 hour work week
