Our Education Coordinator must be…

• A strong communicator and an active listener who is adaptable, patient, and has a good sense of humor.
• Comfortable using technology and various software programs to enhance new hire learning.
• A caregiver with at least 3 years of experience caring for seniors

Essential Functions of the position include, but are not limited to…

• Conduct weekly orientation and training classes for all new hires - Classes held Wed & Thurs each week
• Educate new hires about Company policies & procedures
• Encourage, inspire and develop work-related competencies in others
• Strive for continuous learning to improve work-related knowledge, understanding, abilities and skills
• Posting to business accounts on social media platforms such as FB, Tik-Tok, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), etc.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time option [split your time between training coordinator and Care Pro working assignments with a client]
• Availability to participate in the on-call rotation on evenings & weekends and work as a caregiver if needed when on call

Qualifications to succeed in the position…

• High school graduate or equivalent
• CNA, LPN or other healthcare experience a plus
• At least 3 years of paid experience caring for seniors
• An ability to present a professional appearance and demeanor
• Already comfortable using and posting to social media

• Intermediate computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new software
• A valid driver’s license and a reliable automobile to use during each workday with valid auto insurance
