Your Schedule!

• Monday - Friday [11am - 7pm] and Rotating Weekends

Responsibilities!

• Receive & make high volume of calls, with an expected number of shifts filled per hour/day
• Schedule services for senior clients by matching with suitable caregivers
• Maintain accurate records in our software system
• Problem solve client and caregiver issues in a professional and timely manner
• Learn and operate our advanced-level internal software & multi-line phone system
