Resident Coordinator

Position Overview:
We seek a dynamic and organized Resident Coordinator to join our team in Bismarck, ND. The Resident Coordinator will support our 24/7 clients in the Bismarck/Mandan area by recruiting and hiring care professionals, coordinating their schedules, and assisting with various activities and tasks to meet our residents' needs.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, and hire care professionals who are a good match for our 24/7 clients
- Coordinate and manage care professionals' schedules to ensure adequate coverage for our 24/7 residents
- Assist with arranging and coordinating activities, shopping trips, errands, doctor appointments, and transportation for residents
- Communicate effectively with care professionals, residents, and their families to ensure their needs and preferences are understood and addressed
- Maintain accurate records of resident care plans, schedules, and activities
- Collaborate with other members of the care team, including case managers and client care coordinators, to ensure the highest quality of care for residents
- Provide support and assistance to residents as needed, including helping with personal care tasks and providing companionship
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid ND driver's liscense
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or senior care industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact compassionately with residents, care professionals, and families
- Knowledge of local resources and services for seniors preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
