Caregiver Job Description :

Home Instead is looking for natural-born caregivers with a heart for serving others with compassion and dedication. Our Caregivers provide a variety of services to seniors in their homes.

We are hiring part-time or full-time Caregivers to service Topeka and / or Lawrence.

The schedule for this position will cover overnight hours from approximately 10 : 00 pm to 8 : 00 am. Must also be available for evening and weekend shifts.

Pay : $14.00 - $15.00 per hour plus bonus opportunity. Additional $2.50 per hour for extra travel and short notice shifts.

Caregiver Topeka Requirements :

• Education : High school or equivalent education (Preferred)
• Experience : Caregiving : 1 year (Preferred)
• License / Certification : Driver's License (Preferred)
• Work Location : Caregiving duties are performed at the client’s home. Some in-office training as needed.
• 3 years of driving history; however, we can accommodate less-than-perfect records. Reliable and insured transportation.
• Motor vehicle, criminal background checks, and drug screening required.
• Bilingual Spanish and English are helpful, but not required.
