Qualifications: To ensure the best care for our clients, we're looking for individuals who can answer "YES" to the following questions:

• Can you reliably commute to Goodyear, Buckeye, and surrounding areas?
• Do you have at least 1 year of caregiving experience?
• Do you possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation?
• Are you able to pass a criminal background check and drug test?

Qualifications: Before you apply, ensure you meet the following qualifications:

• At least 19 years old
• Possess a valid driver's license and car insurance
• Able to lift or push/pull 25 pounds
• Have a genuine love for seniors and a passion for providing care and companionship

Schedule Options:

• Daytime shifts ranging from 4 to 10 hours
• Morning, afternoon, or evening shifts
• Part-time or full-time positions available
• Weekend shifts
• Choose your own hours for flexibility

Responsibilities as a Caregiver: As a caregiver with Home Instead, your duties may include:

• Providing companionship and emotional support to seniors
• Reminding clients to take medications as prescribed
• Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing and dressing
• Completing light housekeeping chores and meal preparation
• Providing transportation for clients to appointments or errands
• Additional care for clients with specific needs, such as Alzheimer's care or stroke recovery

Job Types:

• Part-time
• Full-time

Salary Range:

• $16.00 - $17.00 per hour with certifications 
• $18.00 per hour for advanced capabilities
