We are seeking Compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in need. The idea candidate is someone who values making a positive impact on the lives of others, and can offer not just care, but service from their HEART! Providing clients with assistance in everyday activities such as: Bathing, Dressing, Grooming, Hygiene, Light housekeeping, Mobility assistance, Food Prep, Transportation to Market, or Appointments if needed. Our Caregivers provide: Empathy, Patience, Respect, Kindness, and most importantly an Understanding of the Client’s Needs!

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities, including preparing meals, toileting, bathing, and grooming.
• Medication reminders to ensure medication is taken timely.
• Provide companionship, including social interactions, walks, and other activities.
• Transport to doctor’s appointments, grocery shopping, and other outings as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, and additional needs.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
• Respect the family’s privacy and maintain confidentiality of all care information.
• Ability to speak, read and write in English.
• Ability to assist clients with their personal care needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a caregiver; CNA/HHA is not a requirement but is a plus.
• Understanding of basic health and safety guidelines.
• Ability to perform all physical tasks required for the role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic and patient demeaner
• Must pass a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license, valid vehicle insurance and reliable transportation.
