Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In Home Caregivers. As an In Home Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals who require assistance with daily activities. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations
- Assist with meal planning and preparation
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Experience:
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and practices
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to adapt to different client needs and preferences
- Reliable transportation to travel to client's homes
