About Home Instead:

Home Instead is a leading provider of in-home care services for seniors. We are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for aging adults and providing support to their families. Our mission is to provide personalized, compassionate care that enables seniors to remain in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage with potential clients, including seniors and their families, in the Southwest valley area

- Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, senior centers, and community organizations

- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and increase client referrals

- Conduct presentations and educational sessions to promote the services offered by Home Instead

- Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies and initiatives

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the healthcare or senior care industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities

- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Sales Force Experience 

- Knowledge of the Southwest valley area is a plus
