Home Instead is hiring for a full time Client Care Coordinator office ( non-remote) position with bonus program. Home Instead in Sherman Oaks, CA is seeking a relationship-builder and quality-driven individual to help us change the face of aging in our community. Candidates must be able to travel to Studio City, Sherman Oaks, and surrounding areas.
The Client Care Coordinator is responsible for a variety of duties that relate to client care, including care consultations with potential clients and family members, Client/CarePro ( Caregiver) introductions, and quality assurance visits with existing clients. A consultative sales approach is used to determine each individual client’s needs, to provide solutions, and to create a tailored service plan. This position continuously evaluates the plan through a series of ongoing communications and visits to ensure high quality care, client satisfaction and retention as well as opportunities to increase service hours.
