Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Professional Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need, ensuring their well-being and enhancing their quality of life. Duties:

- Provide personal care and assistance to individuals, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

- Assist with mobility and transfers, utilizing proper lifting techniques when necessary

- Medication reminders

- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks

- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry

- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients

- Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or mental condition

- Implement behavior management strategies for individuals with developmental disabilities

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure coordinated care

Requirements:

- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred, but not required

- Acces to reliable transportation, with insurance

- Ability to provide compassionate care, while maintaining professionalism

- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to lift and assist with transfers as needed
