Home Instead is currently hiring Caregivers to provide one-to-one care in the homes of our clients in Sun City Center, Apollo Beach, and Southern Riverview.

Home Instead Caregivers have the opportunity to provide a variety of services to seniors including companionship, home helper services, and personal care services such as bathing and dressing assistance.

No experience is necessary! We pay for your training to learn the skills needed to perform the job. 

What you get to do as a Home Instead Caregiver:

· Build relationships with seniors and their families by working one-on-one with adult clients in their homes

· Allow seniors to remain in their homes for longer and maintain their independence while staying safe

· Provide companionship to seniors who may be lonely or have limited social interaction

· Have a flexible schedule- we provide care 24/7 with shifts from 3 hours to 11 hours

· Receive support and guidance from our team 24/7

· Learn new skills and techniques by completing our two-day, paid orientation course

· Feel good about what you do and the difference that you get to make in the lives of others

Requirements to be a Home Instead Caregiver:

· Possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance

· Have clean and reliable transportation (No Uber or Borrowed Vehicle Please)

· Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, driving records check, and drug screen

· Must be at least 21 years of age

· Ability and Willingness to complete Personal Care and Homemaking tasks
