• Do you have a valid driver's license & reliable car w/ insurance?
• Are you HCAC or NAC Certified? [Required]
• Do you have Alzheimer's or Dementia Experience? (Preferred)
• Are you at least 18 years or older?
• Can you lift, push, and pull 25lbs?
• Can you successfully pass a background check & drug screening?
• Are you comfortable around pets? (We accommodate for allergies!)

• Companionship & Conversation
• Safety & Supervision
• Transportation: Errands, Activities, & Personal Transportation
• Light Housekeeping/ Laundry
• Hands on Assistance & Fall-Risk
• Meal Prep & Med/ Appointment Reminders
• Personal Hygiene Assistance: Bathing, Grooming, Toileting etc.
• Incontinence Assistance
