What We Offer:

• 3-part compensation package: base pay, unlimited bonus programs, full benefit package
• If hired, you will become an employee. We pay/file your payroll taxes for you and you get a W2 tax return.
• Earn 1.5 times your pay rate for working overtime and holidays.

Typical Day:

• Assist the client in activities of daily living (ADL's)
• Use your skills to improve the quality of life for your client.
• Follow a pre-established care plan (accessible from your smart phone). This may include bathing, grooming, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation.
• Engage the client, keeping them active and social.

Job Requirements:

• Proven history of being dependable and on-time.
• Patient, kind, and uses good judgment.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Fluency in English – mandatory (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Successfully pass criminal, drug and driving background checks
• Successfully pass all employment references (which our office will conduct if you are offered a job)
• HHA, PCA, CNA or other certifications preferred (other experience considered)
