- ADL’s
- Memory Care! (Dementia & Alzheimer’s)
- Transfers & Ambulation
- Advanced Personal Care (showering, toileting, brushing, etc...)
- MAY NEED: Gait Belt, Hoyer Lift, Stroke, etc...
- Light Housekeeping
- Med Reminders / Meal Prep
- Errands & Transportation
- Assistance w/ Activities of Daily Living
- Companionship & Conversation
