Duties:
- Provide care and support to aging adults or individuals in need
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide medication reminders as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met
- Engage in behavior management techniques to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals under your care
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals, including light housekeeping duties
- Drive individuals to appointments or outings as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as childcare, social work, or nursing is preferred
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 25lbs and assisting with mobility
- Knowledge of first aid techniques and ability to respond to emergencies appropriately
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with individuals of all ages and backgrounds
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
