TheClient Engagement Coordinator holds a critical role in our organization as a primary point of contact for families and employees alike!
Creating a positive experience for our clients and families is essential in building the customer experience. This position will support the client care team in implementing start of service, following families throughout their care journey, and supporting our Care Professionals in their vital role. This position is both interior supporting all aspects of Client care in addition to conducting home visits as needed.
Who you are:
- Experienced in Health Care or Home Care industry preferred
- Knowledge and adept use of Salesforce preferred
- Ability to form strong customer relationships and communicate professionally
- Strong Administrative skill set to support all internal processes
- Possess a valid Driver License and reliable vehicle
- Ability to commute within the community to conduct home visits as needed
