Job description:

We are a home health agency dedicated to building relationships. Our Care Pros feel valued and have a sense of belonging. We are looking for caring and compassionate Home Health Aides/Care Pros to assist our clients in daily living and personal care services in the clients’ homes. We are seeking individuals to become a part of our team regardless of your experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Home health care services in a client’s home
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal prep
• Transport and accompany patients to the doctor’s office or to hospital
• Assist with client’s personal care activities
• Maintain patients care records and document provided services
• Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support

Skills:

• Must possess a valid Driver’s License
• Must possess a safe, reliable vehicle
• Must possess current automobile insurance in your name
• Must be able to pass an AHCA Level 2 Background Screening
• Must be able to lift to 25 pounds
