Home Helper for Seniors**

Are you a cool, fun, and energetic individual looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of seniors? We're seeking compassionate and outgoing individuals who are not your typical "caregiver" types to join our team as Home Helpers for Seniors. In this role, you'll provide companion care and support to seniors in their homes, assisting them with various tasks while fostering meaningful connections.

**Responsibilities:**

- Engage in companionship and meaningful conversations with clients

- Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation

- Provide medication and appointment reminders

- Offer assistance with grooming and bathing

- Provide specialized care for clients with Alzheimer's & Dementia

- Treat seniors and their property with dignity and respect

- Travel to clients' homes, assisted living facilities, and independent living communities

*Note: Some clients may require assistance with toileting and incontinence issues, but willingness to perform these tasks is not mandatory.*

**Minimum Qualifications:**

- Compassionate provider of personal care, homemaking, and companion services

- Outgoing personality with a knack for building rapport

- Creative and happy individuals who bring positivity to their work

- 2 years of experience caring for elderly individuals OR a genuine interest in caregiving and seniors

- Successfully pass a criminal background record check

- Possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle

- Provide a minimum of 4 recent references (2 personal and 2 professional)

**Shifts:** Shifts vary and may include 24/7 coverage, including overnight shifts, weekdays and weekends.

**Pay:** Ranges from $12 to $15 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
