Key Duties :
- Providing assistance with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Preparing nutritious meals in accordance with dietary requirements and preferences.
- Performing light housekeeping tasks think cleaning, laundry, and errand-running.
- Assisting clients with mobility requirements, including transfers and ambulation.
- Providing medication reminders and promptly reporting any changes in health conditions to the supervisor.
- Engaging clients in stimulating activities to promote mental alertness and emotional wellbeing.
- Keeping detailed records of care, condition, progress, and any concerns.
