Home Helpers of Greater Milwaukee is hiring Caregivers for our WEEKEND (SHIFT) BAYLOR PROGRAM
Caregiver Weekend Baylor shifts! WORK 24 HOURS, GET PAID FOR 32!!
- This position requires the caregiver to work 24 weekend hours and will be paid for 32 hours.
- Excellent opportunity for students!
Requirements for Baylor Program:
- Must work 3 weekends/month
- Will be scheduled for 1st, 2nd,3rd shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Declining or not working shifts negates the 8 hour work bonus
Benefits Include the Following;
- Starting at $16.00 to $18.00 per hour based on experience
- Eligible for $2.00 per hour raise with completion of Memory at Home Dementia Training program
- ALL STAFF eligible for up to 20 hours of PTO every three months (after 90 day probationary period.)
- Rideshare Available
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred, but not required.
- Compassion and empathy for the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Physical ability to lift and assist with mobility when required.
Must Haves:
- CNA / CBRF / PCW/ PCA / Residential Aide
- No certificate needed!!!
- Reliable transportation
