Home Helpers is an in-home care agency, which means your primary place of work will be the client's home or apartment. While this may be a more relaxed work environment than a facility, we encourage applicants to consider the added responsibility of reporting to multiple work locations.
WHEN WILL YOU BEGIN WORK?
Home Helpers utilizes a gradual onboarding process. Even if you are expecting to work full-time, you will not be scheduled 40 hours your first week.
You will be expected to work on training modules during your first 2 weeks of employment, while we schedule introductory shifts with potential clients.
