Description
The HCS Healthy Starts Program Manager is responsible for oversight and supervision of all aspects of the Healthy Starts Program for Children and Families. As a home visiting program funded by grants such as Healthy Families America, Comprehensive Family Support Services, and New Hampshire Childrens Trust, the management skills include: case management, tracking of data and program statistical reporting, writing of grants, budgeting, and supporting valued, expert staff whose experience is trauma informed and who are supported by a larger team of Home Healthcare staff including Medical Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Registered Nurses, and Fiscal/ Operations supporters. The Healthy Starts leader will represent Healthy Starts externally for collaboration with DCYF prevention services, hospitals, pediatric practices, school systems, and community wide child and family colleagues.
Requirements
Masters Degree in Counselling, Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, or Education with relevant experience in a social services delivery program. Or, Bachelors Degree in the identified fields with extensive relevant experience.
