Job description
Job duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
— Handling the recruiting and onboarding process of new hires,
— Auditing employee files to ensure that new employees are onboarded within compliance policies.
— Maintaining proper record keeping of employment and unemployment documents.
— Maintain compliance per DOH standards.
— Flexibility to rotate front desk coverage.
— Ensuring all onboarding paperwork are up to date.
Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter
Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner
Proficiency in Cantonese (required), proficiency in Mandarin (required) and in English (preferred)
Computer proficiency required
Typical Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 9:00- 5:00pm
