Compensation & Benefits :

This is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive compensation package of $17 to $19 per hour, paid biweekly.

In addition to a competitive salary, Home Health Works offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities :

• Provide in-home care to patients with a variety of healthcare needs, including but not limited to assistance with activities of daily living, medication reminders, and personal care.
• Monitor and record patients' health status and report any changes to the nursing team.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement personalized care plans for patients.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, following all infection control protocols.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Complete all necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements :

• Possess a valid HHA or CNA certification in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
