This Licensed Practical Nurse plays a critical role byensuring the completion, accuracy, and compliance of our clinicians’ Home Care electronicdocumentation forms. This LPN will also act as a clinical resource for mattersrelated to client documentation.

Quality Assurance Licensed Practical Nurse / QA LPN Responsibilities:

• Review client charts for completion,correctness, and accuracy
• Ensure compliance of documentation to meetingFederal, State, and Insurance guidelines
• Be a clinical resource for matters pertaining todocumentation and OASIS forms

Quality Assurance Licensed Practical Nurse / QA LPN Qualifications:

• Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN in the state ofMinnesota
• Proven attention to detail
• Knowledge of Home Health practices and policies
• Familiarity with OASIS ispreferred
