Job Title: Clinical Manager

Location: Golden Valley, MN

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 Annually

Schedule: Full Time Monday-Friday with weekend rotation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinicalmanager to oversee the provision of high-quality home care services to ourclients throughout our 21-county service area! A successful candidate will beresponsible for managing the clinical staff and ensuring that all aspects ofcare is delivered to the highest possible standards. A component of this rolewill be to develop and implement staff training and development programs thatpromote ongoing professional growth and skill-building.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the clinical team andensure that all staff are trained and competent in their roles.
• Develop and implement trainingprograms for clinical staff, including orientation, ongoing education, andcontinuing education.
• Monitor staff performance andprovide feedback to improve the quality of care.
• Ensure compliance with allregulatory requirements and standards.
• Collaborate with other departmentsto develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the delivery ofcare.
• Provide leadership and support tostaff in order to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement qualityimprovement initiatives to enhance the delivery of care.
• Foster a positive and professionalwork environment for staff and clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree inNursing or related field is preferred
• Current and valid Minnesotanursing license is required.
• 3-5 years of clinical managementexperience in home care or a related field is preferred
• Excellent communication,leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently andas part of a team.
• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
• Experience in staff developmentand training.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirementsand standards in home care.
