We are looking for an Herbalist that can work with our management team to be an active on-staff herbal specialist. This position includes maintaining stock levels and communicating orders for our herbal apothecary, providing a high level of customer service, packaging cannabis flower and joints, restocking, and checking IDs as well as general budtending. The right candidate would be kind and have a motivated energy to help us to provide quality customer care, as well as willing to expand their herbal and cannabis knowledge. Experience in the Herbalism field is required. Cannabis experience is preferred but not necessary. We are accepting applications for full time and part time employment. Weekends are required.

• Ability to complete tasks with a sense of urgency
• Ability to manage stock levels and communicate orders
• Motivated to continue education on products & customer service
• Able to apply new information to method with a high level of efficiency
• Team-player
• Point-of-Sale System experience (Greenbits is a plus)
• Adhere to all OLCC compliances

Requirements:

• Active knowledge of Herbalism
• Must be over the age of 21
• Must have a valid Oregon Marijuana Handlers Card
• Cannabis Experience Required
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50lbs
• Prior Retail & Sales Experience
• Ability to use Google Drive, Docs, & Sheets, as well as MS Office suite.
• Full time applicants are scheduled for 4 ten-hour days per week with 3 days off, Part time applicants hours begin at 20 hours/week and can range depending on your availability.

Salary:

Payroll commensurate upon experience. Minimum of $18/hr after 90 days.
