In this role, you will have the opportunity to earn unlimited income by generating high-quality leads and scheduling appointments for our solar consultants. You will engage with homeowners through various channels to educate them about the benefits of solar energy and qualify them as potential customers.
**Responsibilities:**

• Proactively generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and other marketing channels.
• Engage with homeowners to identify their energy needs and educate them about solar energy solutions.
• Qualify leads based on criteria such as property ownership, energy usage, and interest in solar.
• Schedule appointments for solar consultations with qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and customer interactions in CRM software.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of appointments and follow-up activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, solar technologies, and incentive programs to effectively communicate with customers.

**Qualifications:**

• Previous experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with homeowners and effectively convey the benefits of solar energy.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a commission-based role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of solar energy and renewable technologies is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
