Home Encounter HECM, LLC is looking to hire a full-time Community Coordinator with exceptional customer service skills, a strong work ethic and a strong desire to be a part of an awesome team.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A COMMUNITY COORDINATOR

As our Community Coordinator, you will support and assist our Community Association Managers (CAMs). You will be the foundation of our Community Management Department by being the first point of contact for homeowners, tenants and vendors and will make authentic connections with our clients (Association Boards) and co-workers by answering phones, providing administrative assistance, and sending out mailings for communities. You will also review and address homeowner requests for their respective community while understanding the proposed repair solution and positively navigating homeowners through the approval process. As a Community Coordinator, you will possess the ability to think on your feet while employing conflict resolution strategies and suggesting creative and cost effective solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN COMMUNITY COORDINATOR

  • High School Diploma or equivalency required
  • Intermediate experience using G-Suite or MS Office applications
  • The candidate should be computer savvy and quickly adapt to new computer systems
  • Previous experience in customer service office work related position preferred
