We are looking for a 2nd Shift Lead at 4060 Dr. Love Rd. Orlando, FL 32810. The ideal candidate is someone willing to play a crucial role by utilizing many skills and wearing different hats, is seeking advancement in the manufacturing environment, and willing to get their hands dirty for the enhancement of the team and equipment. Primary role will be to package ice. Secondary to maintain equipment.

-forklift and pallet jack maintenance experience is a plus

Job Description
At the Orlando facility, we manufacture and deliver packaged ice to a number of retail and consumer locations across the Orlando area. The process involves the following things that we're looking for a prospective 2nd Shift Lead to maintain and lead:
Production Shift (Primary)
- lead 2nd shift to ensure pallet goals are reached
- Primary role will be to package ice. (floor wiper mentality)
Ice Bagging Machine (Secondary)
-conveyors, heat sealers, heat knives
-basic electric and knowledge of automated systems
Bag Tying Machine (Secondary)
-basic electric
-basic mechanical skills, somewhat comparable to small engine repair
-ability to lift 50 pounds on occasion
Skid Wrapper (Secondary)
-needs routine maintenance of bearings, springs, and brushes
-basic electric
-maintenance of cutting knives
-diagnostics of various malfunctions
Forklifts and Pallet Jacks (Secondary)
-routine maintenance and repair, these are more universal and relatively self explanatory with the required experience. Water in batteries, pumps, motors, swapping rollers and wheels, etc.
Ice Merchandiser Maintenance (Secondary)
- basic electrical
- routine maintenance
- basic troubleshooting
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
