ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Do you like helping people, keeping details organized, and tasks running smoothly? Do you have a natural ability to roll with the punches, being flexible to handle anything that might come your way? We are a busy mobile medical practice looking for a strong reliable support to company operations.

Responsibilities:

-Answer telephone calls and emails from customers and clients, directing them to relevant staff

-Manage filing system, schedule appointments, meetings and update contact database regularly

-Assist colleagues with administrative tasks

Qualifications:

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Good time management skills

-Proficient computer and problem-solving skills

-A desire for permanent and long-term employment
