Home Care Powered by AUAF has served as a Chicagoland elderly in-home care agency for over 25 years. We are structured to provide specific levels of senior home care services for your loved one. Our elderly in-home care assistance is an alternative to an assisted living facility or nursing home. This allows your loved one to enjoy independence and the comfort of home.

Home Care Powered by AUAF is a premiere in-home care agency in the Chicago-metro area. Our ideal candidate:

  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Prepare new client referral files and sending them to the referral agencies
  • Schedule and complete caregiver application appointments
  • Completing client application
  • Copying documents
  • Review application files for completeness
  • Run background checks and provide fingerprint clearance forms
  • Update applicant files in our electronic filing systems
  • Run annual employee background checks
  • Communicating applicant status to other departments
  • Follow up with applicants that have not completed their file or submitted fingerprint results
  • Updating department spreadsheets, tracking referrals and applicants
  • Coordinate with branch offices to ensure work is completed on time
  • Cover the front desk/reception as needed
  • Follow all IDoA and AUAF policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned
