> 12 hour shifts in Plant City: Hiring RN's with recent acute & critical care or ER experience to care for an adult male with a trach, GT, colostomy and a PICC line requiring SN 24/7. 

> 12 hour shifts in Riverview: Hiring RN's with recent hands on patient care experience with trach and G&J Tube to care for a young adult male that requires SN 24/7.

> 12 hour shifts in Wimauma AND Ruskin: Hiring EXPERIENCED PEDIATRIC RN's with recent hands on experience with VNS, seizure precautions, and GT. Two young female patients requires SN 24/7 (one in Wimauma and one in Ruskin)

Responsibilities

• Participate in the planning and coordination of total patient care in conjunction with the DON and the physician's plan of care and orders.
• Follow physicians orders and ensure compliance with the plan of care.
• Accurately report and record the patient's condition and care, including signs and symptoms which may be indicative of change.
• Perform all duties and responsibilities always adhering to Florida chapter 464 - Nurse Practice Act
• Follow emergency procedures in the event of any catastrophic event, incident, e.g., accident, injury or significant change in the patient's condition

Qualifications

• Current RN license allowing you to work in Florida
• Recent experience with hands on patient care involving skills required on POC for your patient.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Meet all of AHCA's requirements for home health agency employment.
