Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our team. The LPN will play a crucial role in providing quality care and support to our clients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitoring and assessing clients' health status, including vital signs and symptoms.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assisting clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
Qualifications:
- Current LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license in good standing.
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Prior experience in home care or a similar setting is preferred but not required.
