The Home Assistance Offices is seeking a full time Scheduler to work in our office.
At Home Assistance, our goal is to provide the elderly care so that they can age in place and within their own routine. Your duties as a Scheduler would be the following:
- Work on future scheduling with coworkers
- Be able to fill shifts in the case of a callout with a qualified aide
- Verify shifts by checking clock in/out times, reading shift notes and making sure the correct service code is input
- Working on a database and updating any client or caregiver profiles as they change
This position also requires on call (additional compensation) 2 x per week and every 3rd weekend.
This is a very fast paced office that requires someone to multitask and think on their feet. It requires you to be able to work well with a team and be able to make decisions that are best for our clients and caregivers.
