Position Summary:

The Internal Service Technician is responsible for overseeing the testing and preparation of units to ensure they are free of mechanical issues. The Internal Service Technician will report to the Director of Operations and work out of our Brunswick Distribution Center

Position Responsibilities:

● Oversee the inspection of each appliance for overall condition.

● Manually enter/receive new product purchase order.

● Create service orders and look-up part needs for scratch and dent products.

● Documenting and updating product damage notes in company software.

● Photographing product damage and uploading images to company server

● Oversee scrap appliances and related processes and procedures.

● Manage flow of scratch and dent inventory including receiving, inspection, completing minor repairs, cleaning, and prepping for our retail sales floor.

● Cosmetic damage replacements

● Pre-delivery service calls

● Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

● Effective verbal and written communication skills.

● Mechanical knowledge.

● Experience using hand tools.

● Customer service experience.

Job Type & Compensation:

Full-time

Pay: $19.00 an hour ($39,520-$43,680 annual)

Eligible for bonus based on performance.
