Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining the overall success of the hotel.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services

- Ensure exceptional customer service by training and coaching staff on best practices

- Manage reservations and room assignments to maximize occupancy and revenue

- Monitor and maintain hotel cleanliness and appearance standards

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals and control costs

- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates

- Handle guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner

- Collaborate with the human resources department for recruitment, hiring, and training of new employees

- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

- Perform night audit duties as needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience in hotel management or related field

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in budgeting and financial management

- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus

- Knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette

- Ability to perform night audit duties when required
