Homans Associates is a subsidiary of the largest independent HVAC / R distribution company in the world, Watsco, Inc. We proudly distribute the Mitsubishi and Bryant brands of HVAC equipment, as well as a full line of HVAC residential and commercial parts, supplies, and accessories.

We have locations throughout New England, New York, and New Jersey. We currently have an opening for a Warehouse Receiving Associate in our Auburn MA.

location. There is no relocation assistance for this position.

Job Responsibilities :

• Shipping and receiving
• Stores materials / equipment
• Controls Inventory
• Upholds strict environmental health and safety standards.
• Works closely with Store Associates and Sales Managers
• Provides excellent customer service to customers.
• Pulling and staging orders
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Experience / Qualifications :

• Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse operational experience
• HVAC experience is preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• PC skills and inventory and shipping / receiving systems experience required.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal (Teambuilding) skills
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be team oriented.
• Forklift certified.
