Holyoke Medical Center is looking to hire a Behavioral Health Specialist II for our PHP/IOP Programs!

• To provide case management services and link patients with aftercare/discharge planning.

• To provide intakes/psychosocial assessments for incoming patients.

• Ability to work with patients with co-occurring mental illness and substance use.

• To complete insurance verifications/reviews.

• To complete paperwork in a timely and organized fashion.

• To participate in multidisciplinary weekly treatment team meetings.

Level of education required: M.Ed., M.A, M.S., MSW, Ph.D., Psy.D., or Ed.D. In addition, must hold LMHC, LICSW, or Licensed Psychologist within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts;

Two years within clinical specialty, with at least one year in psychiatric crisis intervention, inpatient social work; PHP/IOP setting desirable.
