Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated School Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and fostering a positive learning environment in a Christian environment for students in the middle school grades 6-8

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Utilize learning technology to enhance classroom instruction
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive educational community
- Guide students in their academic and personal development

Additionall:

Must love children and have a heart for teaching
Ability to help students academically
Guide students in personal development and values
Ability to communicate with parents
Valid California Driver’s License

Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experiences:

- Proven experience in lesson planning and curriculum development
- Ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds and learning styles
- Proficiency in writing, calculating, and utilizing creative teaching methods
- Experience in sports coaching or mentoring is a plus
- Previous classroom experience is preferred but not required
