**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in childcare, early childhood education, and staff management. If you are passionate about working with children and staff and creating a safe and nurturing environment, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities:**

-Helping maintain licesnsing rules in the Center.

- Observe staff during the closing hours of operation

-Assisting with lunches and naptime in classrooms daily (11:30am-1:00pm daily)

-Attend to Parent Aware Paperwork for Ratings

- Provide attentive care for children in a safe and compassionate manner

- Engage children in age-appropriate activities to stimulate and educate them

- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment

- Monitor children's behavior and report any concerns to the appropriate parties

- Follow daycare policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all children

- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to meet the individual needs of each child

**Experience:**

-Bachelors Degree or 2 years with General Ed or Earlyhood

-Have 1,040 of staff supervision experience

- Previous experience in babysitting, nannying, or daycare settings

- Knowledge of early childhood education principles

- Ability to manage children's behavior effectively

- Experience working with infants and toddlers is a plus

- Strong caregiving skills and a passion for working with children
