A Brief Overview
Quality Coordinator is responsible for a variety of quality and educational tasks for Homecare. Identifies issues and works to resolve clinical and utilization issues affecting the service line. Integrates the quality metrics and performance improvement programs within the clinical and financial aspects of the service line. Participates in the planning and coordination of quality to include patient/family satisfaction surveys, audits for compliance, and policies, programs and plan reviews. Participates in the analysis of data regarding trends in utilization, outcomes and quality. Participates in the educational activities within the service line
