MINIMUM MANDATORY qualifications

Experience:

• Seven (7) years direct work experience, including supervision of employees.

• Five (5) years executive leadership within a healthcare environment.

Education:

• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or related field.

Mandatory Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Qualifications:

• Knowledge in leading administrative services functions, including both strategic and day-to-day management
• Knowledge of building/strengthening corporate infrastructure, business continuity and cost management functions of a company
• Ability to be a strategic visionary with a "big picture" perspective, focused on alignment of support functions with strategic corporate goals
• Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources, analyze and interpret financial data, and practice cost containment
• Ability to deal effectively, decisively and fairly with organizational issues and opportunities
• Ability to deal with all levels of governance and external organizations
• Must have excellent communication skills with people at all levels of an organization
• Must have experience in making effective and persuasive presentations on controversial or complex topics to the Board of Directors, employees and the public
• Must have organization and prioritization skills necessary to simultaneously complete multiple tasks, solid analytical and quantitative skills necessary to support decisions and pro-active problem solving skills
• Ability to make well-founded, clear and concise decisions, accept accountability and responsibility easily

• Ability to guide the team toward effective organization wide support of performance improvement and quality assessment initiatives

• Ability to collect and analyze data, investigate, comprehend and compile financial, budgetary and program data interpreting policies and procedures and apply them to routine, complex and unique situations
• Excellent writing, general research and comprehension skills with the ability to identify appropriate information resources and to understand and interpret complex data, material, and documents
• Knowledge of, and experience with, space and facilities management including analysis, funding, design, construction, renovation of buildings and general housekeeping services
• Knowledge of and experience with administrative computing, hardware, software and web capabilities with the ability to assess administrative computing support needs and design and implement effective systems
• Knowledge and skills related to facility operations including: staffing resources and usage, custodial and grounds services, rentals, safety and security standards (to include food safety and sanitation) and practices, maintenance operations and event arrangements

• A record of satisfactory performance in all prior and current employment as evidenced by positive employment references from previous and current employers

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Ten (10) years direct work experience in healthcare management
• Bilingual skills in English and the Spanish languages

To provide leadership, oversight and support of hospital and organizational operations including Dietary/Food & Nutrition, Information Technology (IT), Plant Operations (Facility Maintenance, Environmental Services, Security, Bio Medical), Risk Management/Compliance and Quality Services.
