Key Responsibilities:

• Perform various handyman tasks, including drywall repairs, painting, carpentry, and electrical work.
• Utilize your troubleshooting skills to address issues promptly and professionally.
• Take the initiative to inspect the property thoroughly and communicate potential repairs or improvements to the customer.
• Build rapport with customers, earning their confidence, and inquire about additional work that could be performed.
• Demonstrate our company's capabilities by taking the time to fix small issues and highlighting to the customer that we can handle more extensive projects.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in drywall & painting, carpentry, electrical work, and general maintenance.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and identify their needs.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs and project requirements.

Proper Equipment:

• While it's not essential to possess every tool, candidates should have a comprehensive understanding of which tools are required for specific tasks.
• Handymen are required to possess reliable transportation both for themselves and for transporting the necessary tools to job sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
